mmmm i would get in touch with the seller send them a picture of what they have sent (Check your message to check that its not your error) and demand replacements on a rush order next day delivery as you get married in 7 days! its there mistake and they have a duty of care to put it right and they can foot the bill for next day delivery for you as well!

I agree with mrs mann, say exactly that and demand new ones, iv had problems like this and iv managed to get a new one as soon as, trust us, if you complain they will sort it and if they dont report it to ebay as its there duty to sort it, especially if its a company or ebay shop business xx

i would contact the person who sold them and say its not what u asked for
I agree with both the above but i would def be onto the seller and saying u want one and one it now!!
I know mistakes happen but when selling stuff like this u would think they would check, double check and check again so all is right.

check your message that you sent to ensure its not your error then message seller stressing you get married in 7 days and you need replacements NOW.

Deffo contact seller hun as it's not what you asked for. Check your message first though to make sure it's not an error on your behalf... if it is, then try and see the funny side, i'm sure your Dad will be over the moon either way xxx

Definately contact the seller, if it's their mistake, they should replace them free of charge, no questions asked! Send them a copy of what you orginally asked for plus a pic of the flask so they can't try arguinig with you just in case

thanks for the advise they are giving me a 3/4 refund and i get to keep them as there is not enough time for them to arrive so i hope people see the funny side might just fill them with whiskey and sweeten them up that way

give them to them and explain the situation and explain that the seller will be sending the correct ones shortly as it is their mistake.... i presume the seller will sort it if it is their mistake as I did a personalised mug to dave off the dog ages ago and instead of saying from 'mr jack scruffs' it said Mr jack scruffts and they replaced it and let me keep the old one.

I wouldn't give them to them or accept the 3/4 refund! They are having you on. You have 7 days until you are married. They can make others and send them out next day delivery and they would be with you by Monday/Tuesday. This is their mistake so dont let them fob you off. They owe you the products that you ordered! xxx

I would not accept the refund. They have sent you a useless product, either they fully refund you so you can buy new gifts somewhere else or they replace them correctly in time for your wedding. Why would you pay money for a defective product that you didn't ask for.

What a shame they cannot get replacemants out in time.You are however getting married in 7 days and i imagine that you have lots more things to worry about.Your Dad will see the funny side and it may become all the more precious to him because its not quite right and has a funny story behind it.Save your energy for things that matter (you can always put in a complaint/demand a full refund after the wedding) You could spend the next few days fighting but still get nowhwere so leave it for now and concentrate on the most important day of your life believe me it won't matter xxx p.s have a wonderful day

I agree if it was there mistake the you deserve full refund and replacement. It is for your wedding day how can they not offer it to you. If nothing comes before the wedding, make a joke of it and get on to them after the wedding.
