I need your help. You see me and h2b are on a tight budget and i dont know if i should just get the chair covers and organza sash for the wedding breakfast and take them off for the night or if i should decorate the chairs for the night.
t would look alot nicer if all the tables and chairs were decorated for the night but i really dont know how much time there will be between the end of the wedding brekfast and the reception. Also how many do i get were having 66 during ther day but then like 150 maybe more during the evening.

i am only having the 70 chairs from day decorated. i cant be bothered to spend more money doing chairs for the evening when most people will be too drunk to notice and will be dancing most of the time aswell xx

yeah ia m just doing my 80 chairs for the day (inc wedding breakfast) so come evening there will be the same chairs from the wedding breakfast scattered about at tables for anyone who wants buffet! x

well i am not sure who to do ours yet. The recommended place that will be at our wedding venues open day on Saturday is South West Chair covers. I wasn't able to get a quote online for them yet but I did get an online quote from a company in South Gloucestershire that are quite reasonable. I'll let you know how i get on saturday! x

were having chair covers for the day (70guests) and then just leaving them at the night time so there will be a mixture as mrsbarkertobe said no will really notice or care in the evening. x

I was given a price list by party balloons for you, who are the only company I can use as only there covers fit the chairs in my venue.. its going to be about 350 quid :-\

I'll check out there site now.. I have no idea why they have told me only one company has covers to fit there chairs as they look like normal chairs to me lol. Will see what h2b has planned for saturday and I might pop along, might be able to haggle a price lol!! xx

i can't find supplier on ebay in my area and if I have to do DIY that means setting up the night before and I can't afford the extra £500 to pay to decorate the day before the event x

We won't be having chair covers because round here they start at £2.50 each, which is ridiculous. We change dour colour scheme to take on the chair colour so went from just silver to blue and silver :)
