I have my dress and my bridesmaids dresses and they are all one shoulder (same shoulder) which wasn't really planned but once I saw them I thought they looked lovely and I thought it was cute. Now I am not so sure - it seems like people don't do that from the real wedding photos I have seen and I am second guessing myself a lot. It seems like it helps the bride stand out being different and now I am worried I will be boring looking, especially since I have a fairly simple dress. Have any of you got the same neckline as your BMs? What do you think of it if you have seen it done? xx

Im wearing strapless and so are the bridesmaids. Don't worry too much about other peoples photo's - it's your wedding you go with what you're happy with. Im sure you won't look boring at all. Have a good look at you all together and see what you feel like. If you're happy then go with it - I think it'll look lovely all the same neck line xx

I don't think it will matter. If anything it will be better than if they didn't match.

I don't think it matters, if you love all the dresses that you've chosen, then who cares xx

This is my dress and the bridesmaids dresses I am having. Although the neckline is not the same I have went for the same touching details across the middle. My best friend in Australia has said she hates my bridesmaids dresses and I just said well
I love them actually my favourite was another but the girls are more comfortable in this one so I was happy to change.

All that matters is that you love your dress and theirs xx

I think you will look stunning and that having bridesmaids with a similar neckline will look great in the pictures.

I don't think it matters, my bridesmaids were in dresses with the same neckline and ruching on the body so their dresses complemented mine perfectly.
