I am, although with my parents as none of my BMs wanted the expense, which is fair enough.

Mrs Malin, don't suppose you saw if there was anywhere you could have the chance to try on styles of dresses or anything. I still have no idea what kind of style would suit me and it's my main reason of going tbh, that and cake :D

Went to a wedding fair a few weeks ago and was literally tripping over loads of brides trying on dresses from all the dress stalls so you'll be fine sweetie!!! I'm sure you'll find your dress :) xx

Waste of time for me as I live too far away from any of the suppliers.... On,y the local wedding fairs have worked for me, I have most things booked now so haven't bothered buying tickets x

Same *KelBel* - I went to the one at Bluewater in.... Kent/Surrey I think it is but I'm getting married in Dorset. The tickets were free though and although it's opposite ends of the country, it was still a great day and we got really excited seeing dresses, watching the catwalks, drinking champers and doing all the fun stuff!! Top tip - Take a bag to put all the free stuff that's thrown at you lol xx

I think that's the only reason I'd ever be tempted to go and that's for the freebies .... Or to pretend I don't have my dress so I could try some, but I've been not going near dress shops etc cos I love my dress and I know how other brides have been tempted to buy another dress so I'm keeping away lol x

Haha, that probably sounds like a good idea! I'm getting mine made and haven't been tempted because I see dresses that only have bits that I like so getting them all combined into one so weirdly (unlike me!), I'm not worried about that... I just love dresses!! Typical girl lol x

I was going to go but decided march would be better as it's closer to the wedding. Haven't got anything except flower girl to sort but hoping I might pick up a bargain plus it's always nice to meet fellow b2bs and get freebies!!! Let me know what it's like and if it's worth the money - good luck x

Well I managed to try on LOADS of dresses, I didnt just stick to what I thought id like, but now I have more contenders for top spot rather than ruling loads out lol. I still loved the lacy ones but my mum loved the big, blingy one, which was nice, but im undecided, so back to the drawing board. On the plus side, I got into dresses 2 sizes smaller than what I usually wear :-)

I loved it. Tried on loads of dresses and finally found out what kind of style i liked. One dress generally reduced me and BM to tears.
Genuinely my dream dress. See pics below. Ignore my teary face haha.
Only thing i'd say, not pushchair friendly in the slightest. Not many places to sit and eat, (or even get something to eat) for the amount of people there.
