My h2b has 2 best friends who he can't choose between to be best man. First I said he should just split the duties between the 2 of them but then I thought it would be funny to set them challenges or tasks to win. Obviously not entirely practical but any ideas of what would have been good challenges?!

Quick draw - give them a jewellery box each and see who can get it out of their top pocket quickest
Talk - give them a word each and ask them to talk non-stop on the subject for 1 minute
Obstacle course - set up a wedding obstacle course, with an inflatable groom and see if he can get round the slow grannies/through the cow pat/as applicable and get your groom to the church on time...

my H2b had a similar issue, so we gave the crazy 1 the stag do and the sensible 1 the wedding duties. those challenges are so funny
