were going for one i seen @ a wedding faye, its about 30 smallish cakes with a big one on top with me h2b and our 2 girls on it kinda like a top table lol, going for this 1 as its different and we loved the idea of a top table as the wedding cake so were gonna combine the 2 :D

my sister in law made ours, it was lovely!! think there may be pics on my profile. we basically told her our colours and that we didn't want fruit cake, she did the rest!! it was lemon madeira with lemon buttercream yum yum!!
We are having a really different one, 8 Tier!! its lovely, cant upload it now but will upload tomorrow and let you know when i have, its AMAZING!! x

mine is 3 tiers, plain ivory with a thick ribbon around it diamontee detail on the ribbon, with sugar orchids on top. I have pictures on my facebook but will have to try and upload it on here. I managed to get £250 off it as i won a competition, so it has only cost me £50

I've just booked a meeting at a wedding fayre I went to, I knew she would be the one I went to so finally booked an appointment. I'm going for 4 tiers, second one up from bottom to be removed in day for individual cakes for wedding reception and to be replaced for the evening do, tasted her cake today and it was FAB, very excited as last thing to book

I amke our xmas cakes well ive done it 2 years in a row now and managed to decorate them no bother but then thats a xmas cake its not gonna be my wedding cake

practice practice practice. i'm making my wedding cake, if you stick to simple designs it will look spendid. look for local cake shops doing cake decorating courses. thats what i did and learned so much from it. i've made a few other peoples cakes, weddings birthdays, traditionall tiered cakes and cupcake towers, its all good practice for my big day. still undecided on design haha keep changing my mind xx

I love this cake and its 1 of the cake suppliers off ukbride too. I was thinking of having seperate photos on the bottom of our parents and us as children then going up each tier us as we are growing up, then the top tier pictures of us as a couple x

The flowers look gorg on that cake angelan. I need some inspiration and guts to make my cake and my h2b and our family will have to eat alot of cake so i can practice. Well i cant eat it not if i need to loose weight but then saying that 2 out of my 4 sisters are on diets and so is my mum and h2bs sister is also but then again she has just found out shes pregnant so she could eat cake but i doubt that she'd want to cos she'll want to loose her baby weight lol

We wanted this cake to be exactly like it is but we like the idea of having a cake topper and you lose a lot of cake put still pay the same so still haveing the same style but a straight cake instead of a wonky cake x

we are having chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with burgundy roses to match the wedding colour scheme. They are in really delicate butterfly cases. On the top we are having a giant cupcake to cut, There are pictures on a well known social networking site or I could send you the link to her website if it gives you inspiration... and also some on my profile on here. They are obviously not the actual ones but similar. She also does some gorgeous ones with cadbury's flakes in them.

This was my brothers wedding cake made by my uncle who is also going to be making our cake. He is a proffesional sugar craft cake maker and all those flowers you see on the cake are hand made from sugar and food colouring! and they last forever. and that man in the glasses thats my uncle. lol!
I still have the figure and the flowers from my 18th birthday cake he made me (9 years ago!!)
