Hi ladies I've managed to shift 3lbs this week but as my wedding is literally weeks away I need to get back on track never succeeded much on normal duets like s/world w/w etc so I decided I would try h/ life there is a big buzz about it and after looking on the website at the transformations I was amazed I'm currently 10-13 lbs do I am the normal weight and in the right bm I range, I'm 5ft 6inches! I don't want to go crazy just shift about a stone for the wedding and ill be happy x
