    I tried the slendertone and its a bit pants if you ask me. Better off just doing the sit ups and crunches.

    I'm finding the slimming world pretty easy to do at the moment and I'm eating more now than I ever did before. Its so filling and I can still have sweet things like Jelly etc.

    Ali do you want me to send you the info I have on slimming world for you to have a look at? If so PM me your email and I'll send you the files.

    Basically you get green days, red days and extra easy (which I haven't given you yet) If you do say a green day then you look at the sheet that gives you all the free food. Eat as much of that as you wish but make sure that you have two healthy extras from list A and two from list B. Green days are full of pasta, rice, veg, fruit, quorn, fat free yoghurts, eggs etc. Red days are more Meats, fish, veg, fruit but low in carbs. You are then allowed between 10 and 15 syns a day. Any food that is not on the free lists contains a syn. There is a basic list in the sheets but you can always ask in the slimming world thread and someone will help you.

    And I can't do sit ups, crunches etc as I have a bad back (currently on loads of meds) and have bad knees too so a bit stuffed when it comes to exercising. Walk at least 40 mins every day with the dog so class that as my work out

    I eat when im bored and have nothing to do so since im off on maternity leave and not doing much im constantly picking on things. I also hate cooking but love baking so thats not good but i did make weight watches brownies yesterday so at lwast thats not as bad as normal brownies but im still eating them when it should be h2b eating them. I think i have a bigger sweet tooth than he does lol

    I can't do them either ali with my back hence why I tried the slendertone. My physio did show me things I can do though which helps to build up my core muscles without hurting my back. Some basic ones are to just pull in your stomach muscles and hold them whilst still breathing then let go. Also sitting on a gym ball while you are watching tv also helps to tighten them and you can also roll your hips around at the same time or bounce on it. To make it harder you can lift on leg just off the floor at a time or both at the same time to make it really hard. Also try to do lots of back exercises too as it helps to support you back. Its helped me out no end. I can scan in the list of exercises that they physio gave me when I can my scanner from home and email them to you.

    you are fantastic Jojo, yes please, if you could do. Never thought of sitting on a gym ball, but i can see how that would work, dog might try to eat it though lol. I have to do something to sort my stomach out as that is the only part of me that is flabby, legs and bum are fine from the walking i do, as are arms from controlling dog, but my stomach always looks horrible. I've reserved a Slendertone at argus for £40 so will see how that works for me. I know, i know, eating healthily is the main factor in it all.

    Just looked on the info you sent me and you can drink alcohol.............hows that one work lol x

    You can drink it in monderation lol. You just have to work out how many syns are in it to how much you can have. Because I am no longer paying for SW I haven't got the online calculator but I will have my directory tomorrow when I go to see my friend which lists most of them. If you use the SW menu thread on here though lots of the girls will be able to check things out for you that you are not sure about.

    XjoX can you send me those excerices as well. I hurt my back a few years ago and was stuck on my living room floor which was pretty scary but i went to a physio and they gave me excerises to do and the sheets away but i lost them
