I ordered some of those butterfly place names that go on the champagne glasses but wasnt what i expected, i cant really explain how i expected them to be, they just look a bit cheap, i ordered them in silver and i thought it would be like a shiny silver metally cut out thing but instead its cardboard and not so shiny, also i cant get them to stay on the glasses either :-( has anyone else bought these? I got the silver stencil cut out on one side ones, got them from the bay so not sure if they are the same ones as what i would have got from somewhere else, they were only 2.99 for 10 and free p&p but still i was really looking forward to them coming, and these are what sort of decided the theme for me too! x
UPDATE - so i ordered from someone else on the bay and im soooooooo pleased with them :-) they are much bigger and stronger and actually stay on the glass! Beware you never know if you are buying something that is genuine or not! x

sorry i havn't had any of these but hope you get them sorted. Maybe you could use them for something else if you cant find a way of getting them to stay on glasses. Im having butterflys glued on to place cards for my place names xx

I have bought these to, mine are white with one side cut an intricate design on and the other side to write on, mine are really good. You can buy them from the big hobby shop. I got mine offline but they are like the ones from the shop. Can you return the silver ones or use them for anything else? X x

Sounds like you got a badly designed set. I've seen them before at a wedding and they were lovely.
Using them for something else sounds like a good idea. Perhaps on the table plan?

Not really worth returning them, but I love the idea of using them for table plan lizzylou. Thanks Amyp7 I will try from somewhere else hopefully they will b better seems like I just choose the wrong ones! x
