I am now walking around ringless.... we have picked my bridal set up but I have told my fiancé I think he should get down on one knee to present me with my new engagement ring as he didn't get down on one knee when he proposed (it was cold and wet is his excuse) I'm still waiting lmao

The tickers are a little ahead, I would say we are 7 months on the 8th of Jan as that is literally 7 months before the wedding, otherwise when we get to the 8th June we'd be saying 1 month when actually 1 month would take us to 8th July not 8th August.

I didn't mention the 7 months thing to him btw, I'm not that mean. In fact I've just ordered a card for him for new years as that's a year since he proposed. Ordered him some personalised beers as well, cost me way more than it should have done... but it'll be a nice surprise for him and I'm stuck with where I can order from at the moment to get it on time as having to send it to his mums.

Yes, I think mine will be hidden and out of sight unfortunately as Debbie walked in to me this morning and I was wearing it while eating my breakfast!!!! She does beautiful stuff and such a lovely lady too :) got any designs to flash yet? Xx

Exactly my thinking!! Debbie says no because I'd be wearing the mortar board but if I'm paying that much then I'm flipping well going to get my money's worth out of it... Anyway, it's a pretty accessory as you say and it's not like others won't be wearing pretty accessories right?! ;) like Katherine Heigl says on 27 dr3ss3s... 'you can shorten it and wear again, that's so true'!!

Haha, yes that's the hat lol. I know I'm going to feel so ridiculous wearing it but if all the other thousands are going to wearing them, I'm going to stick out like a sore thumb especially with all that sparkle on my head!! After the ceremony, the hat is coming off to show off my pretty hair :D x

We have come down for Christmas at my parents this year so we decided to go and see the Devon lot of my contingent in Paignton and Exeter too. While we were there though, we managed to meet up with our videographer at long last! We booked her back in April so it was about time lol. She's so lovely and we trust her completely to do a good job.. She's going to bring another to help her film on the day because of the big venues. Helpfully though, she already knows our hotel as she's done a wedding there before and she's so excited about filming in the cathedral! She's going to do a little video with each with us privately on our own on the morning of the wedding so that we can record a special message to each other which was lovely but also, she's going to go round throughout the day catching best wishes messages from our guests that she can put in.. We've got both ceremonies and speeches in full along with a 20 minute 'best bits', guest and personal messages too so yay especially as it's only £599 for everything :) best of all though is that she's going to be there for the whole day so she can get some wonderful shots of my hometown on the Cobb, the beach and everything that's special so it's really coming together now! xx

Owl I have paid my deposit dor my comb from the lady you introduce to me cannot wait to see what she comes up with as I won't big bold and stunning cannot wait to tecieve it sometime in the new year when she gets to my order cannot wait to see it in stages been all together think it will go perfect with my dress n veil Xxx

Well, our last Christmas is over as unmarried ladies. Strange to think that the next one will be with us as married wives :) I hope you all had happy celebrations! X

I had an amazing day today totally done in now though. Tomorrow we are having a lazy jammie day watching dvds and playing board games I cant wait so looking forward to it.
