Venues
One of the most fundamental choices when organising your big day is the venue of your wedding.

Whilst many still dream of a dramatic traditional white wedding, there are a huge number of brides who favour the convenience of having their special day in a local hotel with a dedicated co-ordinator or even a quieter event in a local register office.
Whichever you choose, UKbride will ensure you can access a national database of approved civil venues across the country and will put you in touch with your local register office. Note that when you see your local Superintendent Registrar, you need to provide a valid UK passport or Birth Certificate, a utility bill to confirm your address and if you’ve married before, a Decree Absolute or Death Certificate of your late spouse.
If you’re to be married in church, you must have your Banns read three times in services to declare your intention to marry – your local vicar or register office will be able to provide more information about the legal implications and requirements of your intention to marry.
