UKbride has been created by Whitespace Publishers Ltd. The site is populated under its Editor and Data Controller, Julian Wilkinson, of Whitespace Publishers Ltd.

The site stores personal information by those creating an Eternity membership login name and password. Information pertaining to this will be kept on our servers along with details you submit both relating to your wedding planning and to those who you have entered into our My Guest List, My Table Plan and My Address Book. Brides may send you an email if you choose to publish your website via the site.
Your information will be passed on to third party businesses by ourselves if you have 'opted in' to receiving information from third parties or you have opted in to our Terms & Conditions. You may choose to email suppliers and other businesses or contact other brides and grooms on the site yourself.
UKbride captures and stores personal information, during the registration process. This information is shared with selected third party companies as detailed above.
In addition, the site automatically logs the user's IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the Web server and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics, which Whitespace Publishers Ltd may compile to evaluate site use.
You should not give us your telephone/fax number or address if registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference System)/FPS (Fax Preference System) or MPS (Mail Preference Service - as stated below, acceptance of our Terms and Conditions during registration will result in your personal information being managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Whitespace Publishers Ltd may contact you from time to time via email, post or telephone to offer products or services pertaining to the UKbride site or our high quality magazines. Whitespace Publishers Ltd do not store any Credit/Debit card or bank details of any kind on the web site. Credit/Debit card details are also not held on any other electronic or paper based system.
