Whilst 2010's 'Win a Wedding' victors Naomi and Sean tied the knot at Landguard Manor on the Isle of Wight at the end of last year, this year's winners Rhiannon and Ollie — from Guildford, Surrey — will wed at a forthcoming ceremony in Aberystwyth, Wales on September 10th.

Rhiannon and Ollie were revealed as UKbride's 2011 'Win a Wedding' champions on Valentines Day earlier this year, and have since been busy with preparations for their dream day.

Since finding out they'd won this opportunity of a lifetime, the pair have been frantically planning each and every detail of their wedding, and we caught up with them with just four weeks to go to find out how it feels to win a wedding...

When we spoke to Rhiannon last, the couple had already made several arrangements in preparation for their big day; "We have chosen our rings from F Hinds, and I have been looking at Bridesmaid dresses on Mori Lee — there are too many nice ones and I'm spoiled for choice!" she told us.

"I cannot wait to become Mrs Simmonds!" the Surrey bride-to-be said, when we caught up earlier this week.

Most recently, Rhiannon enjoyed her Hen party, courtesy of UKbride and Red Seven; "We had a 5 star hotel in London for one night, a two hour pole dancing lesson in Piccadilly, dinner, and VIP entry to Ruby Moon in Leicester Square," she gushed.

"It was truly the most amazing hen do ever — my sister-in-law and best friend Amy did a fantastic job of organising it all!"

Ollie also had his stag weekend two weeks ago, which saw him enjoy a day with his closest friends at Thorpe Park, and revel in an evenings go karting — all of which were part of their 'Win a Wedding' prize!

In the run up to their big day the pair are extremely excited about all their plans coming together. In particular, Rhiannon is elated about winning their wedding photography; "The photography package sounds amazing — I can't wait to see the finished photographs, and we haven't even had our wedding yet!"

"We've also booked our honeymoon," says the excited bride-to-be, "But we won't be taking it until February next year — we'll actually be flying out on the 5th February which is my 28th birthday!" The pair will enjoy their belated honeymoon in St Vincent in the Grenadines thanks to Kuoni.

"We can't wait — we've never been anywhere so glam!" she says.
