UKbride has been looking at wedding venues across the UK, finding some venues that seem simply too good to be true, magical fairytale wonders, and even some venues that you may never have even thought of...
The venue is often the first part of the wedding to be booked. Brides search high and low to secure their perfect wedding venue, one that they have always dreamed of. The venue sets the scene for the day that will later unfold.
The bride may decide to get married at the local church, or even abroad, the possibilities are endless, and ever growing. Brides can now marry on a British beach, with Bournemouth being the first in the UK to host weddings. Brides will also soon be able to get married at sea, married by the captain of the ship.

The iconic five-star luxury hotel, The Ritz recently launched it’s Once Upon a Lifetime... wedding brochure, which aims to give brides that fairytale wedding they have always dreamed of. The Ritz continues to be one the most desirable locations to hold a wedding.
How about getting married underground? Carnglaze Caverns have a gorgeous subterranean lake that makes for an exquisite location to host a wedding. The area is lit with candle light, which sets the scene for a romantic and out of this world experience.

“I knew someone who wanted to get married in a Hot Air Balloon with all her guests below watching from the ground, but she wanted photographs from the balloon and down below looking up at them.” She said.
“If you are getting married in an unusual setting be it a Football Stadium, a Castle, a Cathedral or even up in the air, you and the photographer need to visit the venue, so you know you will get the images that will best capture your day.”

"It was a really cool venue, the couple had their reception in the city center which had a fun fair going on. It suited their theme perfectly!" She said.
There are so many venues to choose from, many you may have never even thought of. Venues have different packages to suit most budgets, so make sure to research to get exactly what you want.
