Chance to Trash the Dress!
This month’s UKbride Power User prize was the most unique prize we’ve ever offered. Photographer Moritz Schmittat offered the winner a chance to ‘Trash the Dress’ after the big day, giving her some beautiful and unique photographs along the beach, in a race kart, or covered in paint!
We can reveal the winner of this month's prize was UKbride Power User Lynn Mitchell!
We spoke to winner Lynn Mitchell, an administrator of an engineering calibration team in Salisbury.
“I first met Steve my partner face to face at Salisbury Train Station after meeting online,” says Lynn. “Steve proposed to me on 10th September 2015. We were at a beer festival where our friend’s band were playing. He organised it all and everyone knew except me. Steve managed to get me on stage and on one knee he asked me to marry him. I said yes and everyone cheered; it was so perfect!"
“We are very organised; I have a portfolio full of ideas, photos and lists of things needed. We have also sent out Save the Date cards, booked our venue and registrar, and I have ideas of a dress but will be shopping later this year.”
