    Hi all:)

I am looking at doing a NAME REMOVED BY MODERATORS package for my wedding. Has anyone on here had one or been to one? It looks like a good deal and perfect for us.

Be careful about naming businesses hun as they can count as advertising. My fbil had his wedding at one last year and it was lovely so I'd say go for it!

I have booked my wedding with them and so far they have been totally amazing, easy to contact, always available to answer any questions no matter how small and stupid. X

I disagree, the service that they offer is unique to each wedding. I spent alot of time visiting different venues of all types hotels/manor houses/churches/ registry offices and I have to say I found a lot of the venues so regimented they felt so impersonal.

I found with this particular chain it's MY wedding MY way.

I think it all depends on the individual hotel. I knew our venue was part of a small group but it turns out that's only one branch of the tree lol its actually a very Large chain they belong to. However the hotel we are getting married in is very unique and that's what drew us to it they have bespoke wedding packages.

We also went to a more well known hotel chain and the attention to detail wasn't that great and also the customer service was poor. ultimately I don't think its down to the group as a whole but more to do with the individual hotel.
